BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

It is expressly forbidden to provide false information or use another person's identity during the registration process. The name and email address provided by the user must be genuine, and all data must be accurate and up-to-date. Buyers must read and accept these Terms & Conditions before placing any purchase order. Acceptance is confirmed by checking the appropriate box on the website.
DELIVERY TERMS

All wine products are sold on EX WORKS (EXW) terms. The seller's obligation is fulfilled when the goods are made available to the buyer at the seller's premises. Delivery is NOT included in the product price. The buyer assumes full responsibility for: transportation arrangements, shipping costs, export/import procedures, customs clearance, insurance (if desired), and all risks from the moment of pickup.
TERMS OF PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Stripe, and bank transfer. Payment must be completed before pickup. All prices are quoted in Euros and do not include any delivery, packaging, or additional services unless specifically stated.
PRODUCT TRACEABILITY

Full traceability is guaranteed for all wine products managed by our company, especially for regulated products. All wines comply with applicable quality and safety standards.
PACKAGING

Standard packaging is NOT provided with wine purchases. However, upon request and for an additional fee, we may provide: basic plastic bags for individual bottles, or cardboard boxes for multiple bottles. All packaging costs are separate from the wine price and must be arranged at the time of purchase. Buyers are responsible for ensuring adequate packaging for their transportation needs.
PRODUCTS

Product images and information in data sheets correspond to the true characteristics as provided by producers. Any discrepancies between website information and actual products are not attributable to our company. We disclaim liability for information accuracy provided by third-party producers or suppliers. Product images and data sheets are not part of the contractual framework. No free samples are provided.
INVOICING

An invoice will be issued immediately upon order fulfillment and pickup completion. The invoice will reflect the exact amount of the placed order. By accepting these terms, the customer agrees to data processing and communication for invoicing purposes.
ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS

Credit card and electronic payments are processed through secure connections in partnership with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Stripe services. Financial information is not shared with our company, and we are not liable for any fraudulent use of payment cards. WITHDRAWAL

Either party may withdraw from the sales contract in case of total or partial insolvency of obligations by the counterparty. Withdrawal must be provided in writing by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse subsequent orders from defaulting customers and to take legal action to protect our rights.
FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failures to perform obligations or delays due to force majeure, natural disasters, war, government sanctions, etc. The affected party will be promptly informed of such events. In case of force majeure, parties may withdraw from the contract or request fulfillment within a period to be determined.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any service disruption due to force majeure that prevents total or partial fulfillment of the sales contract. We are not liable for damages, losses, or additional costs resulting from failure of the sales agreement in cases beyond our control. Product descriptions have commercial purposes and do not imply guarantees of real effectiveness. We do not guarantee validity and utility of products and are not liable for damages from inappropriate product use.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

The sales contract will be governed exclusively by French law. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising in connection with the interpretation and fulfillment of this sales contract will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Paris, France.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

By placing an order, the customer declares having read all information provided during the sales process and accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Payment in their entirety.
